During committee meetings we will follow these rules to keep our meetings organized and powerful.


Before meetings:

  • At least one day prior to a PAC meeting, committee members will be emailed reminders with attached agendas.
  • Whenever possible, data will be sent to committee members prior to meetings so that time at meetings is spent in discussion rather than preparation for discussion.
At meetings, we will
  • begin and end on time
  • be open to others' opinions and respectful of them
  • share our opinions honestly
  • respect and value confidentiality
  • resolve conflicts professionally or agree to disagree
  • participate 100% in attendance and engagement.
